Green Hydrogen, Black Numbers
My signature talk, first given at CERAWeek in Houston in March 2026. It sets out the five tests that separate hydrogen projects which reach black numbers from those which do not, using named examples from twenty years of building and reviewing them. Suitable for investor audiences, industrial boards and conference plenaries. Forty minutes with questions, or twenty as a keynote.
